About Property
The Tree of Life Grand Oak Manor is the former residence of British Commissioner of Kumaon, General Sir Henry Ramsay, later sold to Rai Bahadur Harkishan Lal Sah Gangola. The house still owned by the Gangola family is now a quaint resort in the Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary, Kumaon. The solar-powered resort has nine comfortable rooms which take you back in time and remove you from the cares of the fast-paced world. The multi-cuisine restaurant serves dishes prepared with produce from the resort’s organic garden. And finally, there is also a spa to ease your tired muscle and help you relax.
